• Production begins only after payment confirmation.

3. No Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All products are custom manufactured.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
• No refunds after order confirmation.

4. Natural Stone Disclaimer

Sandstone is a natural material. Variations in color, texture, shade, grain pattern, and finish are natural characteristics and shall not be treated as defects.

5. Design Approval

• Final designs must be approved before production.
• Post-approval modifications may incur extra charges and timeline extension.

7. Shipping & Transportation

• Products supplied across India.
• Transportation arranged through third-party transport providers.
• Delivery timelines depend on logistics availability and location.
• We are not responsible for delays due to transport, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

8. On-Site Installation

On-site installation services are provided where applicable. Installation timelines depend on project scope and site readiness. Additional installation charges may apply.
